Plyler on Dye: "When I saw him as sophomore at Greenwood High I thought he was 6-3 1/2 and then because he moved to Byrnes I did not see till end of senior year. In person now he looks 6-6. I think they measure him at 6-5 or 6-5 ½. He catches the ball really, really well. I believe because he enrolled in spring he is a really good candidate to avoid a redshirt. He doesn't run as well as former Clemson wide receiver Kevin Youngblood, but he does catch it better."
Reminds Plyler of: Kevin Youngblood
Dye on Clemson: "When I was waiting to be ruled eligible, Clemson told me not to worry about anything, and that really meant a lot to me. I love the atmosphere at Clemson."
