I have been trying to write this program, but nothing happens when I execute it. Can someone debug this for me?
10 PRINT "Francis Marion Has an Easy Bake Oven" 20 GOTO 10
RUN

Where are you trying to execute it from? If it's Linux, you might need to change the permissions on it. Are you inside an SDK like Eclipse? Are you using python? if python, then you are you doing command line execution? You need to give a lot more like language, operating system, that kind of stuff. It depends on os, what you are trying to use, your sdk...
if java just try java -version from the command line
also, you can google a lot of this stuff to figure out how to get it to run
like x is my language and my program won't run. you have to pip install python then you can try python -version. you can also run it cli line by line
for python I used to use pycharm. now I use intellij. for java I use Eclipse. I am running on windows, but I can also run stuff on linux.
Lots of stuff you need to know...
